We wanted to make a version that rolls up and doesn’t require a mat from the store (they’re seasonally sold), so here it is. This is very similar to the nap mat slipcover and has the same dimensions when rolled out, but we stuffed batting into it instead of fitting it over a mat. Rolls to approximately 12″ x 22″ and is secured with Velcro straps. Handle attached to the top. Removable pillow from case. Still washable.
We haven’t even started school, but Ellie’s been sleeping on her nap mat at every opportunity. She loves it!
I have a couple of questions about you nap mats!!! I was wondering if you made any boy stuff and if you do, do you have anything already made?? Does this nap mat have plenty of cusion so it won’t be like sleeping on the hard floor or would the other nap mat be better? My son goes to a PDO and will be in a new class starting tomorrow and we need a nap mat soon!! Plus I want something cute and so plain!!
